Church Homeless Trust is a charity that gives grants to help people experiencing homelessness to rebuild their lives. We give individual support grants for items such as clothing, training, furniture, ID papers, and anything else that an individual needs. And we give grants for group activities such as art, cookery, gardening, fitness, and anything that helps people to improve their mental and physical heath and social skills. We work with homeless prevention schemes to reach the people who need our help.
